Whenever I need them. I personally hate shopping. Whether it’s for groceries or clothes. Now garage sales & resale shops I don’t mind as much. Maybe because they aren’t as crowded. I don’t care for fashion or being “in style” so I go with what is cheap, comfortable, & that I like for me.
I tend to spend an obcene amount of money on clothes, expect them to last a lifetime and refuse to stop wearing them when they don't. If I'm honest most of my clothes are at least 20 years old but don't tell anyone. The funny thing is my daughter and her mates think I'm the height of fashion because if you wear something for long enough it's bound to come back into fashion eventually... apart from boiler suits and tank tops of course.
I haven't been shopping in a while. I think the last time I shopped I went to GoodWill and picked up some things to wear after my surgery 6 months ago.
Not that often enough, I end up waering them till they drop
I just never get able to get something that fits me well and is comfortable. It's too long or to fat or not big enough for my knees as I dislike skinny jeans.
I rarely, if ever buy new clothes. I have plenty of work clothes from various gifts and events that I've done. Really the only thing I'm a sucker to buy a 1/4 zip jackets. I buy way more of those than I actually need.
How often I shop for clothes depends on the funds available.
As a professional baker,we have our seasons, so I shop when I have the funds available and also because I can't be using all my funds to shop for clothes when I can still afford many of them in the nearest future.
Not too often. I only go shopping for new clothes when I need them or want to change my style of clothing.
The last time I went clothes shopping was in October.
Not very often. I don't go out too much other than for work, so I don't really wear my non-work clothes very often. My work clothes have held up pretty well over the years, and all I've really had to replace have been the jeans when they get holes in them from being worn so much since I can rotate out the shirts. My regular clothes last a lot longer since I'm not wearing them nearly as much. I honestly have more clothes than I actually wear on a regular basis lol, and usually when I see something I like that's on a good deal, I'll pick it up even if I don't necessarily need it. If I really need something though (or feel like I will), I'll try to wait till there's a good sale so I can pick up a few of what I need so I won't have to buy again for a while.
I tend to always focus on buying clothes for my kids more than myself but I will admit that I do buy new clothes for myself when I can and when I feel I need them.
I would say I buy clothes for myself every few months which is about when I feel I need them.
These days clothes never go bad and that being the case I will buy one good outfit for a party I throw each other. I do buy clothes for home wear just to break the monotony.
