New Design Concept

What do you think of this concept? Good? Bad? What? Any suggestions on how to improve it would be great.

Edit: *face-palm* I just realized that the white text will show through with the way I have the content on the green card situated. So I'm going to re-arrange things.

Not sure "personified" is the word you should use, are you really trying to design in the human form ?

The colours are a little muted, and to be honest that design doesn't say anything to me.

That's the name of the studio. If this design did "speak" to you, then that would be an example of personification; attributing human qualities/behavior (e.g. speaking/touching) to inanimate/abstract ideas or objects (i.e. design work).

I was going for the softer, less saturated look. I figured that it would fit well with the minimalist style. Anything specific about the design that you don't like? This is only my first draft, so by no means am I set with what I have here.
