Eh, not a big fan of .info domains. I am a strictly .com kinda guy, I may buy the .net and .org only to serve as redirects to the .com 🙂

If this is to be potentially first filled with a lot of information about modernwar, and the presence of the domain get's known. Then you sell it, I'd say this is probably worth A LOT to a fanatic.

I'm not a fan of .info's either, aren't they super cheap?
I'm a .com guy as well and "maybe" the .org if I want to secure it as well.
I'd say the 500$ estimate would be after years of building the site and rank, I'd say it won't come easy.
