Who is starting a new exercise program or routine this year? Gyms might still be closed because of the pandemic but there are online classes available and if you have the money and space you can buy new equipment.
My goal is to walk further but a lot of that activity will have to take place this summer. There are some trails that I want to try and cover more miles.
I have made the plan to increase my walking, and perhaps get out earlier for the walk. I haven't decided if I am to go get a gym membership, as I am not sure if I would use it often enough to warrant the cost of having one.
I’m going to stay away from gyms until normality is fully restored, but I do plan on starting a home workout routine soon. I’ve already made the workout plan; up to me now to start and stick with it in the long run.
I am getting back into the gym. I started my basketball routine earlier, so I play basketball 2 times to 3 a week, and I want to add some weight training to it 😀
I didn't care for gyms. I prefer to exercise by myself at home. I already exercise so I just maintain what I do. To avoid boredom, I change it up. Have DVDs, do weights, cardio. I'm pretty creative when it comes to devising exercises. We have wooded acreage so that's my version of walking lol
