Regarding the community; it's going to be a forum based in a currency, where you can improve your account with it.
The discussion topic on the will be most likely online issues, such as games, media, and more discussions.
But still, the main topic will be the cash currency that I've set, mixed with tons of features that will be available on the forum to "spend" that currency on.

I'm still thinking through, because the more thematic I think of to structure the forum, the better it will be.
And also, what worries me is to start it alone. Is there any way where I could find some "guys" who actually likes forum's, or likes to help, to start it with some company?

That is an interesting perspective. Many general discussion forums have added a forum currency system, which they can use to make their profiles stand out more or make the discussions more interesting. I can't recall a forum that reverse the point of emphasis, though. I think people will ask for what other fun things they can do with the currency because of that.
