New forum/website?

I was thinking..I might create a new website in one of the following ideas.
Please tell me which you like the most and which You would use/do.

- Create a game (with a website for it). It has been my passion since I was a kid, and IS possible, but takes a lot of time.

- A music website:
- An online magazine about rock bands/news.
- A fan site for either Linkin Park, 30 Seconds To Mars, or Lostprophets. (fansite could be a website+forum or either one of them)

- A forum:
- Technology
- Regular gaming
- A design/programming forum


Not sure of any other ideas I had. If I come up with others, I will be sure to post them.

I suggest NOT to make a forum/site with large amount of different topics. Stick to one topic. (I learned this from the best). Personally I would like to visit a Tech site. (latest tech news -> and i will love your site!! 😀 ).

Your best bet to be honest is a fan forum. Why? because if your going to make a gaming website and want it to be active your going to have to PUT a lot of TIME & MONEY into it to be successful. Now if you did a fan forum that "band" "movie" or whatever the website is about already did most of the advertising for you!

Now all you have to do is your part to get around to the first couple pages of google, And you should get an easier time getting members for a fan forum than making a gaming website.
