New forum?

I have a idea for a new forum that i could make with a premium theme etc but i'm unsure what type of forum should i make, or in other words what forum would you use?

For your forum to survive/be successful, it needs to have a unique point to it. its pointless making a forum that has already been done 100 times. Try and find a category that has relatively few forums related to it. Things to avoid: promotion/webmaster forums, seo forums, general chat forums etc.

You should make a forum about something that you are knowledgeable in or that you like. Doing it this way will make your forum really standout and not be "one of them". Don't be afraid to try something different, you could become really successful.

Maybe a gaming clan forum where game clans can recruit. Though you have that on other forums too. Not many game niches not already dominated by large forums.
