I don't know a lot about your forum subject, but here is a small review for you.
Your forum is set up quite well with all your category's, good job with them. Your banner is quite nice too. But one thing I don't like about the skin is the background, it doesn't suit the skin in my opinion. Good luck with your forum :great:

I agree with Tayne - good job but the background doesnt go too well. Why dont you change the width so its wider and theres less background showing?

Then just change the background - currently, it's quite dizzying. Your category and forum organisation is okay, but I personally think the iManga category would be better up the top (up to you, though). Your forum icons are pretty good, and I like the way the image on the banner changes.
I don't like your banner though. I'm aware it's meant to look rough around the edges, but it isn't done incredibly well. And where your content area is seperated from your background has the same thing. I just think it doesn't look very good.
Your links to Search, Members List, Calendar and Help are in black, and so is your background. Also, the icons are badly rendered, resulting in a rough white border. Apart from all that, I like it.

Nice looking forum.
Change the background, add something more lively maybe a good one would show some of the more popular anime characters? Just a thought...but you need to change it..
Otherwise congrats on getting such a domain. You have to do a bit of SEO in my opinion and you will get on the first pages quite easily.
Change the imanga section, i think it's in the wrong place. It's not news if some other things get first priority at the top there. News is something everyone should check and introductions are just as important.
Good work on the other aspects.
