I like the concept but the site design really needs some work. Keep tweaking... I think you're on to something. Check out JobVent - they're doing pretty much what you are. Maybe they'll provide you with some inspiration.

Ya i have seen jobvent before. The main thing i dont like about there site is that you have to sign up. I really dont think people enjoy signing up with sites all the time. It can become frustrating and time consuming at times.
