I use to run an old site called Nintendo District, but like most site nowadays, it couldn't compete with the bigger Nintendo forums out there, so now I'm looking at putting together a team and trying again. I have been researching other forums for the past 2-3 months and I feel confident I can put together something that hasn't been done on any other Nintendo forum yet. I have some good "unique" content up on the site and it's just about ready to launch, but I can't decide on what to call it...
I have 3 domains w/ Godaddy. So far it looks like NintendoAccess might be my favorite, but I thought I'd make a topic here and get some suggestions about which one sounds better.
Nintendo District.com
Nintendo Access.com
Nintendo Revolution.net
Nintendo District.com, sounds pretty cool to me. The word "District" has a good ring to it, e.g. District 9 and .com domains are more memorable than other TLD's.
"Nintendo Revolution" brings back the memory of what the Wii's original name was to be, so i'd stay clear of that.
"Nintendo Access" sounds like a blog domain to me, showing inside access to events and news relating to Nintendo. If your site is going to have a front page with news and such, I like this one.
"Nintendo District" sounds more like a community forum relating to Nintendo, so if you're not going to have a front page then i'd go with this one.
Nintendo District sounds like the best one for a community, like ghost said nintendo revolution just reminded me of the wii's old name so I wouldn't go with that.
The old site I use to run went by NintendoDistrict, so I guess having the name out there already would help when I'm setting up SEO.
A good Homepage/Portal is going to be the primary focus, but communities are always the reason people decide to stick around with a site anyway. If anybody has any more insight on this, let me know.

By the way this is an easy way to get the domain hijacked, so I suggest you buy it soon.
