New navigation bar

I'm willing to pay anyone who designs a new navigation bar for my site 200FP cash.

Not got any specific in mind, would like something more appealing though which stands out as a lot of people have said the header needs work. Also +rep will be given to the person who completes this 🙂

Also you're missing out the UCP in the previews, not sure if that matters though.

Only thing that needs to be improved on the header is the inclusion of space for the UCP 😉
