Hello, my name is Person Man or sometimes also persondashman. I am a college student who had the idea of opening a forum for my writing club, which then I decided I may as well try to make into a full fledged forum.

I like to play video games, write, and most of all I think, sleep. Mostly I just work and avoid studying, though. I like meeting new people online, and although I prefer smaller communities, I'll see how this one pans out. Even if all it does is help me build my own small community, I can at least utilize it for that.

I'd be glad to meet anyone who would like to talk to me, and I hope to make a few new friends.

It's cool that you made a forum for your writing club. I imagine they would be more interested in writing in papers or publish it in other platforms. What do you guys write about?

@Migi we don't actually do much paper writing at all. We're creative writers, focusing on storytelling and improving our writings for fictional works, mostly. A lot of the times we'll be discussing RPs in the club, or one of the club member's stories or story ideas. Most all of our members have taken a creative writing class in the past, or are in one currently.
Since opening up the forums to the public, I've introduced a few new members from my friends and friends of friends. Currently we have two British writers - one of whom is the one who helped customize the theme - the first writes mostly fanfiction, and the second is writing a book.
I myself am attempting to write a book, and have what I've been able to complete on the forums.

I think that's really cool. Although I've never been a part of a writing club, I didn't expect RPs to be so popular in the club. I suppose it's always about finding the right audience, but I have some friends who love to RP, but none of writing-related clubs ever supported this. And that's probably why we see many RP forums on the internet.
