Whew, where to start...
Okay, the following banners are all WAY to big.

Size them down a bit, that is by far the worst of it.
You also really broke the css, compare this http://demo.phpbb3styles.net/prosilver to yours.
Also, you have waaay to many ads for a site that has 3 posts.
You also have 2 categories, which is not nearly enough for a site like that. A good reference of the types of categories to add.
