Although I won't point fingers and say you have ripped the site, I did notice some similarities in the codes. If you check the source from Christian Bullock's "Absolution" and your "Finale" design there are some similarities that seems off.
If you modified the design it would be best to just say so. Instead of getting into trouble with the style author.
I won't give you credit for the design. If you admit the design was modified then I'll give you credit for modifying the design. Other than that, I'll wait to be proven wrong.

Looks like a recolor of Absolution as others pointed out.
And moreover, i find a weird similarity in thead with that of Audentio's Gaming Jam theme.

-->The original author(Tom Beddard, creator of ProSilver) did not state that the prosilver credits should be placed on the footer.
If a author creates a phpBB style based on ProSilver they should keep the HTML comment but are not subject to adding it to their own copyright(i.e. footer).
Since Absolution is based on ProSilver, Christian Bullock kept the HTML comment. Since he is the author of Absolution he created his own copyright on the footer. Which you are subject to leave in place.

I love how you say you have made a new style, that besides a few tweaks to the images folder inside the theme folder and a few colour tweaks to the css file it is bordering on a carbon copy of a CB style as people have already pulled you up on, I could do the same in a matter of minutes and try and pass it off as a new style and we all know it would be a load of BS.
Now if you had said, look at my adapted style, they people would not have come down on you like a ton of bricks.
For me a new style is not just tweaking either the default or someone else's style but creating your own CSS and HTML files, look at the viewtopic it is the default look besides a few tweaks to the CSS colours, not exactly new is it?
Not only that but the "new" colours you have used look like a very popular myBB style, correct me if I am wrong on that but I reckon I could go through you theme/images folder and match up the images with the myBB style.
4/5 years ago you might have gotten away as passing this off as your own unique style but theses days thanks to sites like this admins and style authors are more aware of the design aspect of styles and themes and can notice peoples work straight away. Before reading the previous comments I looked at the link and straight way thought to myself that is CB's work and I know he isn't one to let people take credit for his work.
