You are right indeed. It was http://ezpromotion.net which has closed down for the second time.

I'll join up soon. Can I offer you some advice? Add some starting content. None of your forums should have a 0 post count. Also, all your services should be open and with guidelines if you are open now..why aren't they?
Anyways, I will probably join up when my site is ready to promote...will help with that starting content, lol.

Another problem: Get a full staff team before opening. Personally I wouldn't even consider opening without a full team. Whatever floats your boat, though.
