Been thinking about this new promotional forum I want to get going. And of course to get it started I think I need to know how many would be interested in becoming staff on it. And what staff positions people would be interested in. You can work at other places if you want.

So here is what I am thinking so far. These names are not set in stone and are subject to change. Of course all these groups/teams will have to be active to stay with. Each of these will become more defined as we go along.

Admins -Me & @FloridaCody - Take care of the day to day and keep the whole thing updated.
Review Team (2) - Review writers. Like to have detailed reviews done.
Graphic Team (3) - Handle these request and do some site logos, banners, ect.
Package Teams (3) - This will include doing packages for forums, blogs, social media, discord, guilded, ect. These will be broken up more if things get busy. (have 2, need 1 more)
Community Manager (3) - Take care of the keeping the site clean. (Filled!)

Staff may earn more credits as we go. And if things get really going, I may start doing some kind of real cash payment. I want people that love forums and like to help others. I also want to hear your ideas and how you would make them become part of the forum.

Before anyone ask, I have not bought a domain or setup anything for this yet. So you can't see the forum or even know a name yet.

Please message me and/or post in this topic. Questions are welcome too.

Thanks!

What is the difference going to be between Co-Admin and Community Manager?

In my mind the Co-Admin is taking care of everything like I do, but not the site (mods/styles) updates. Community Manager is handling new staff applications and dealing with everyday questions. I guess to start out with, maybe a Co-Admin isn't needed. Or the two names go together.

Nice to have questions like this. They make me think more about things. Thanks @TechWiz18 .

Will the package team eventually be a paid position?

Good luck with your search to get those spots filled! 🌸

It’s an interesting concept - I hope it flourishes and is successful when it’s launched!

What software do you plan on using for this project?

I am interested. I can fill moderator position or package team position. I couldn't be active in Forum Bombers because of my engagement elsewhere but I think I can give time to your new project. I hope this new project of yours is entire different from the one that you recently acquired.

Could use a few package members still. This is not a paid to post forum.

Updated 1st post.

And I have a domain and I have started to put the forum together.

Good luck with this.
I want to know what makes your new site different from FP or any other promotional site.
