New "Quick" Reviews Service now available!

Ever wanted some instant feedback on your forum? Maybe, you just made a minor adjustment to your forum with a new skin, banner, icons, images, or anything forum wise. Well, we're gonna offer you a chance to get some honest, professional feedback on that, almost instantly, with Quick Reviews.

Hint the name, Quick Reviews! These will be a less stricter grading scale, from our regular review service, and mainly for those members which may be looking for just minor feedback, and honest criticism ... and in much quicker response time.

And, this service is FREE! ( + Rep is always appreciated, though 😉 ) Members will only need at least 10 posts on Forum Promotion to take advantage of this service. And is available every 2 weeks.

This is perfect for :::

Newer members, and members with newer forums, looking for some quick feedback on their very first day joining Forum Promotion, or creating their new forum. No member or posts count requirement from your own forum.

Plus, this service is available to all memebrs of Forum Promotion. Even if you just want a quick overlook on your forum, with a much quicker turn around time.

And, also, for those who receive our regular Forum Review service, and would like a "folow up" review on any updates they've made after making changes to their forum from our suggestions, may ALSO request this as a follow up review, providing they left feedback in the Rate your Review topic from their original Review.


This new review will be completed on a 10 points grading scale, And we'll have 2 separate sections to comment on the Pros & Cons of your forum's Index page. Plus, give a little extra feedback, and provide important links to the important locations here at Forum Promotion, that your forum will benefit from the most!

We strive to have these completed , almost immediately, after requested. As long as a Review Team Memebrs is available, and request aren't backlogged.

They will work just like our regular reviews. But with a much faster response time. It's main focus, is to critique and grade your forum's Main Page (index). Just make a topic in the Review Section , as normal, and post in the user comments wether you want a Quick Review, or a Forum Review.

That's what this new service's main focus is on. We understand, and want to focus on the fact, that we get alot of new forums, and those forums still deserve to get a review and overlook on their forum. After a long talk with the team, we all decided it was time, and hope we have presented something unique for all members, even new members, to take advantage of.
 
Hope it works out well, I suggested this ages ago but it's clearly been resuggested and now added. 🙂
 
Well, now that i have control over the review team, you can expect crazy ideas from me. 😉

But, i promise, I never knew you had this idea before. You should actually see my first attempt at the template, it was going to be a list of Pros & Cons, but, it seemed like it would be too lazy for the requester.

Just bare in mind, these won't be as detailed as our regular Forum Review ... they're just for memebers looking for something quick and fast when wanting feedback for their forum.

To clarify, it isn't a review of the homepage, it's a review of the index- that confused me when HCF said that earlier too 😀
 
My forum doesn't have a portal, the Index is the Home Page, so i guess that would be confusing to others. Which sounds better? Home, Index, or Main Page?
 
I must say for a free not as detailed review it is still a very thought out and detailed review. Great addition to FP and ill definatly have to get around to requesting one!
 
I think its a great idea and not only it will help the admin of new forum but make FP more unique.

That was the idea behind this, Dragon Master, we take ALL member feedback, questions, and suggestions into consideration. And this was one of those issues that seemed like there wasn't a good enough solution for, at the time. But we're hoping now, this will give newer admins, and newer forums, something they can get back from Forum Promotion, upon arrival.

PcGuy, Yes! The name Quick Review, doesn't necessarily mean a one-to-two line feedback. These are still quality feedback, members are receiving, we just thought the name "Quick" Review would be catchy 😀

We've had around 6 Quick Review Request so far, and all them have had positive feedback from members. 🙂
