A lot of new staff. Congrats.

It's always good to see fresh new faces on any staff team. Especially on a forum that's been around as long as this one has. No offense to the elderly staff members here, this is just generally speaking.

Thank you so much guys and gals! It means a lot to me actually to be part of an already awesome team and to represent the FP community!

Congratulations on your promotion, AwesomeLucky. 🙂

I remember trying to apply for the review team position here once... would've gotten in if I hadn't missed once of the questions on the stupid sample review. The overall template was really confusing and I had more trouble with averaging everything out if I didn't give a person a full 100/100 on something on their site. I'm' learning disabled and math was not one of my better subjects in school. Yes, I could've used a calculator and I think I went to grab one as well at the time, but then I forgot how averages worked, and I'd studied those as well. I was super embarrassed and the one thing that bugged me was the thought of, say, me doing a review and then having someone help me with the scores! Like I'd post what I liked or disliked about the forum, and if I didn't feel like it deserved a full 100/100, I would've had to have someone help me average it out to come up with that person's overall score. Downright embarrassing and definitely the worst part about being mentally disabled! Yikes!

That's not a problem! Keep working at it and it will become easier. To be completely honest, selling isn't my strong point either. However, I have been accepted into honors English where I attend college because I worked towards it. I think you can do it! 😀

Well, I already have my own forum going, so I'll stick with what I know for now. As for the Math, I actually spent most of my school career in the LD room, where my assignments were at a point to where I can understand them and do them with little help. And since everyone's learning styles are different, how I learned to average stuff up and how someone else learned it could be two different things, especially since every teacher is different in what methods he/she wants done.

You stole my job posting promotion topics. :shake:

J/K, congrats! 🙂
