Hello Forum Promotion Community, ~smile~

Today we have added two new services and made some updates to the current ones.

New Services

We have added two brand new services, Text Ads and Pop Up Ads. Text ads are located at the bottom of the forum and pop up ads are located at the top of the forum. Texts ads is where you give us your forum description and affiliate image and we add them into one of the boxes. Pop Up ads is where you also give us your affiliate image and forum description and then when someone clicks one of the pop up boxes, a pop up will come up with all your forums information in. We really hope you enjoy these new services.

Updates To Current Services

We have also made some updates to our current services. From now on packages have a time limit on, if that time limit is not met then we will give you 10 extra free posts! We will hope this will improve the quality of the package service. From now on signature ads will now be displayed in ALL Admin's and Team Leader's signatures, there will be no increase in the cost of the service.

Other Updates
We have added a 'Hot Seat' forum into the introductions forum. We have added this so you can get to know some staff and members of the forum a bit better and challenge them by asking them any questions. On Halloween we will be having a fun day, more information will be posted on this tomorrow. There will be free prizes to won and it will be really good fun for the whole community. Also, in a couple of days we will be clearing the affiliates and start accepting new ones! If you would like to affiliate with Forum Promotion then send me a PM with you affiliate code. There will be an category on the Forum Promotion Blog for Graphics, it will contain tutorials and tips. You will find out when it is up.

Cant say I love the pop-up idea, because I doubt people will click on them all that much. Then again, I could be terribly wrong, so we'll have to see how it turns out. Love the text ads and the fact you guys are adding new affiliates. Just dont over-crowd your index page now -😉-
 
Thanks for the feedback Ghost. efc2008 will be monitering the new services closely to see if people like / dislike them. The pop-up ads were added as it's a completely unique feature that isn't being used on any promotion forum at the moment. ~smile~
 
I don't know if it is just me or everyone else, but I can not see the pop up ads.
 
Yes, we tried to think of something really unique. As Christian said, I will be monitoring the new services very closely and the pop up ads is only in a BETA stage at the minute.

We hope you like the new updates anyway and especially the 10 free posts on packages. ~razz~

You should make the pop ups so they can be viewed by guests. ~neutral~
 
There was a little problem with the code but i have sorted it now so it is visible for guests -D-

I believe ( I don't know if this would be only for for IE but....) when you click it yeah its fine, its in this nice neat small unexpandable box, but then when you click the site you are browsing the site on that small little unexpandable box. I really don't think that's very helpful cause other might not want to browse in that little box, and my controls and everything overlap each other the text is all scrunched up and it looks like crap >.< . If this was able to be changed in any way, that would be great.

We weren't aware of that. I will be talking to efc2008 about a few tweaks that could be made to this service later on today, so this problem should be fixed then ~smile~
 
I have made a few tweaks to it to solve the problem. It should be working fine now from my testing anyway in FF3 and IE7
