Doesn't seem like a sig, more of a small banner/logo/promotion sig.
You shouldn't change the text in words much, err background is fine but can be distractive to viewers eyes, and the slogan needs to be smaller then then main name, and the link should be bottom right in small.

I think it has too many different fonts! When your making a sig the less text the better! just your screen name or a word maybe 2! and if it was surposed to be a logo not so many fonts logs need to be simple! So people can read them with out too much clutter!
Something about this makes me think it wasn't supposed to be a logo 😛
I wouldn't mind design to be more readable.. Either that or flow better with the rest of the signature..
I'm no pro by any means, but as a pro. requester.. (lol, I love graphic request sections! ) I wouldn't like that text in the middle.. I also would have liked the signature to flow together better.. And yes, the more simple the signature the better..
