New skin and moved Ads

I was able to remove the mod I was using to place the adverts and was able to move them up to the top next to the logo. Also, I installed a new skin I found @ vbulletin.org. I'm very happy with the changes made.

yeah, love the new theme. Don't much care for the ads right up by the banner but it looks good.
