New Arrival
Hi guys,
I am new to the forum and understand you guys are wise in the ways of advertising.
For me the whole advertising thing is new. I am trying to set up a website with certain boardgame aides and the way these game aides work is that you give a certain input and then a result rolls out using javascript. The result is in the form of a (bootstrap) popup modal (so no new window/tab or refresh involved).
The idea is not to become stinking rich with this but some currency coming in to keep the website running would be nice.
My first thought was to turn to Google AdSense for the one and only reason of it being "readily available" for advertisement newbies like myself. My idea was to put the ads in these pop-up modals to increase the amount of impressions since I suspect a low amount of users. Every user of the software will end up seeing 10-20 of these modals(due to the way the software works) which would mean that a low amount of users could still generate a decent amount of impressions which would generate a better income. They are seeing the popups anyways, might as well put ads in them right?
After reading up a bit on Google AdSense I found out that they don't allow the use of ads in modals..... Kind of weird in this case since the modal is not dedicated to the ad, it's there already.
Anybody have any advice in finding a good and trustworthy advertisement I can place in my modals?
Cheers,
Daan
