To be brutally honest, that was the most awkward vlog I have ever seen. It looked like you were forcing words out of your mouth rather than just talking, which is the complete opposite to what a vlog is supposed to be.

Ypu, got to relax and go with it, have fun with it and that will draw more positive results. Good first try keep at it.
It really looks like you are grinding your teeth. Also, this vlog is very specific to a region many westerners will not get what point you are making.
Of course remember this, what you put on the net is seen nearly forever, so if you plan to go to a good school, get a great job, do not vlog on things that could come back to bite you.

Much better than the last, but can I recommend possibly investing in a webcam, and setting up an area like at your desk where you can relax and just let your mind flow out to the camera? Then you can add a simple introductory clip or something and then your on your way to being one the big guys on campus. (Aka. ShaneDawson, or the like).
