I changed webhosting. 😀 its alot better. Im using..x10hosting as my new webhost. Just need to know any suggestions what I should add to it before I post it in basic promotion board. 😛
You can afford vBulletin but no paid hosting? :shrug:
Anyway, suggestions...those forums with domain names generally do better than those without. Also it might be worth asking some of your friends / family to get some conversation going on the forums before promoting, nobody will join an empty forum...there's no reason for them to.
Well I cant afford paid hosting cuz we're moving I had to cancel my old checking account im getting a new one when we move. 😛 Then ill get a paid hosting + domain. 😉

I only use free hosts to try out scripts, lol. And it looks like x10hosting shut you down.
My favourite free webhost is 000webhost. Probably because you can get some new space every 24 hours. I use it to try out scripts and stuff. Then again I never tried running a proper forum from it or anything. They don't require you to make forum posts like x10hosting or anything as well.
