New Webmaster Site in the works

I'm currently in the process of developing a complete webmaster site that's based around all webmaster content as well as having a lot of unique and rich features on the site. This site will be dedicated to websites, forums, blogs, ecommerce, etc. not just forums so it will be geared towards every webmaster. On top of that it will offer a ton of resources both premium and free to help out all webmasters with sites that are best to find keywords, the best SEO services, and more! A full webmaster marketplace for those to buy and sell any and every webmaster thing they can thing of WITHOUT AN UPFRONT COST. This means unlike Flippa, and other flippa alternatives you can put your website or domain for sale without any sales. We take a percentage of the final sale but that's it. One of the main unique things we offer is a daily banner promotion. The person who has the most posts every day will have their 468x60 banner ad promoted in the header of the site for 24 hours that's clickable (goes without saying). There's a ton of other features too such as the ability to get paid domains for free, badges for being the best at what you do (SEO Specialist, Forum Owner, Web Owner, Blog Owner, etc.) and various other content that makes us unique and stand out above others.

The point in posting this here, is that it's something I'm still working on, and it's not done yet. I just spent a lot of money on SEO and will be waiting for that to populate, as well as the custom plugins and content being developed for it to finish. Which will be about a month, until then, I am looking for people that wish to be apart of it on launch, as well as that may wish to be apart of it prior to launch and help get content up. You'll get something special for helping (TBD) and all you have to do is comment below if you're interested in being apart of it on launch and I'll DM you when it's ready or say that you'd like to help out now and I'll explain more via DM.

Monday will be the day it's released! We have the custom plugin completely working, and fully functional, as well as some basic content and quite a bit in SEO already 🙂 It'll still take 1-3 months to populate but nonetheless Monday will be the big day. Just checked it out and I like the design and the theme, though the advertisement banner is pricely for a new site for each month isn't it? I mean it's not like you have high traffic as of yet?

I don't think $10 is terribly high for an entire month. It'll be the same price for a while anyway 🙂

Yeah, especially because you're is pre-established. I was charging upwards of $40 /mo for my main site. Though at the time it had around 30k members on it. (I'd bump yours to at least $10 😉 )

I'm curious what this forum offers when compared to Forum Promotion? It doesn't seem that there is much that is different to what is here and the content count is quite low still as well so there's not much activity to engage in.

I would participate but I'm concerned how much longevity it has.

There's a marketplace where you're able to buy and sell domains, websites, etc. instantly through the site without any upfront costs unlike Flippa which charges $45 on top of a percentage that they charge after sales (we just charge a percentage on the final sale). Not to mention the premium and free articles which can help out significantly as at one point I did own, and possibly still own the largest forum out of everyone here. It wasn't geared around activity more-so the marketplace so it wasn't the most active, however with just under 40k members and making a decent bit of income monthly I'd like to think my articles are helpful for everyone.

Our header banner ad is awarded to the user with the most posts that day, and switches every day to match, thus creating a fun and rewarding reason to post. A sort of quid pro quo if you will.

There's also badges to add to your profile, which are rewarded for achieving certain things. Keep in mind I will be adding a hosting badge here this weekend or later this week which will award those who own their own hosting company.

Lastly, I personally think that FP and WP are different enough in various ways where I'm not trying to compete with them, nor would I want to as FP is an amazing site. My goal is to teach people more of SEO as that's what I specialize in, than focusing on the promotion aspect. Both sites have their own focal points, and can benefit the community in separate ways to be apart of.
