Not sure this is such a good idea.
1) you really wont want that many mods to start with if ever. lol
2) You have no idea who will be joining, its best to have someone responsible in those positions.

Thats just for begining, not for all time, i will se what they doing and if i dont like it i will move them from moderators. And look forum again, i change its view. No its much better and interesting

I know how to edit but i forgot because i was hurry to say that and that hapend. I dont understund. Nobody joined for now. I have evrything i think and nothing.
 
There are various sites to promote forums, but i reccomend this forum as the best for promoting,
Just because you dont get instant registrations does not mean advertising isnt working.
