So what are your plans to improve in any way about yourself for the new year?

Nothing really. Workout more consistently than I was, but I had been working out for a while at the end of last semester. Just hoping to have a good semester at school really 🙂

No official plans for a "new me" but I have some positive things going on in my life right now. I suppose I'll maintain those and keep on keepin' on.

Hopefully join a gym and go back to school.

Here's me hoping that I can lose more weight in 2016 and living a healthier life. 😛

Anyone ever had such resolution as well? How did you go through it?

Well, I bought my self a White board for 2016. Divide it in to 4 column's.

Column 1 = is directed on myself targets to achieve in weight, fitness, language, Positive Thinking. Taking actions.
Column 2 to 4 is about my online business and what I want to achieve in each. People I looking to meet that can help grow in these area's. Especially meeting people face to face in my local area.

I love the white board Idea. As I can add and subtract as the year goes on. Plus I have added it above my workstation screens here at home.

Yehaa to 2016

I'm not fat so thank god for that 😛 and gymnastics is something I don't like going to, I hear my bones cracking 😀 and 😛

Probably more pornhub videos 😉

Never heard of that kind of mirror before. 😱

Lucky you, Empire. I love to eat and I seem to get fat quite easily. Losing weight is such a war. But I lost a bit more after weighing recently, so hopefully I'm at the right track!

I already exercise a lot, so I don't have any concerns about my weight. For me; I just need to become more disciplined as a person. From working harder, managing my money better, and overall attempting to be a better person by putting others first.

I'm still continuing my previous plan from years ago. If I were to make new year plans then it must be the rejection of the whole 'wait a whole year to change something about yourself,' or even something in your life; it's all a convenient excuse otherwise.

I stopped procrastination for good and I couldn't be happier with myself. I've also been trying to get a good diet going to fatten myself up a bit since I have overwhelmingly fast metabolism, not to mention my father being inherently thin, and it overall takes a lot of food just to keep my weight normal; it's almost like there needs to be even local fare in my mouth every hour. Because of this very fact it's incredibly difficult for me to get thicker—I used to be very thin to the point that I had people asking me if there's something wrong with me internally—and it definitely gets frustrating too at times. Being too thin isn't normal either; I have to put in real effort to make myself appear healthier.

I used to tell myself each and every start of the new year to try and change something about myself, but none of them really had a long-term effect. In light of this fact, I suppose starting my plans immediately is simply how it works best for me. I think it should be in everyone's best interest to begin paving the way to your resolutions as soon as you come up with one to show how committed you are and at the same time boost your confidence. Prolonging it only shows your hesitation.

Woow I like inspirASIAN's continuation of last year. Stop procrastinating that is good. Adding to my list. Hope you don't mind that I borough it.

Thank you so much for the reminder. I remember that I first started my diet because I was scared I might have a specific disease when I saw my weight rising up so quickly. I started right away and now I see results. I really should start doing the same to more things; do more, do it now.

I'm sorry that you have a problem being too thin. It's really hard to gain the body we want and we are constantly envious of others, not knowing their struggles. Good luck with the diet! Don't hesitate to meet a doctor if needed. 🙂

I want to improve my work on forums, and my school. 😛
