Never heard of that kind of mirror before. 😱schs777 said:Well you are really really lucky Empire. Maybe I should get one of that weight loss mirrors. lol Cool stuff..
Thank you so much for the reminder. I remember that I first started my diet because I was scared I might have a specific disease when I saw my weight rising up so quickly. I started right away and now I see results. I really should start doing the same to more things; do more, do it now.inspirASIAN said:I'm still continuing my previous plan from years ago. If I were to make new year plans then it must be the rejection of the whole 'wait a whole year to change something about yourself,' or even something in your life; it's all a convenient excuse otherwise.
I stopped procrastination for good and I couldn't be happier with myself. I've also been trying to get a good diet going to fatten myself up a bit since I have overwhelmingly fast metabolism, not to mention my father being inherently thin, and it overall takes a lot of food just to keep my weight normal; it's almost like there needs to be even local fare in my mouth every hour. Because of this very fact it's incredibly difficult for me to get thicker—I used to be very thin to the point that I had people asking me if there's something wrong with me internally—and it definitely gets frustrating too at times. Being too thin isn't normal either; I have to put in real effort to make myself appear healthier.
I used to tell myself each and every start of the new year to try and change something about myself, but none of them really had a long-term effect. In light of this fact, I suppose starting my plans immediately is simply how it works best for me. I think it should be in everyone's best interest to begin paving the way to your resolutions as soon as you come up with one to show how committed you are and at the same time boost your confidence. Prolonging it only shows your hesitation.
