Yeah, I noticed that too. Updates on some videos and on some not. Maybe old videos don't have it?

I think they were a diff. format, meaning the player cannot be changed. Or the player is beta. My guesses.

The new player is nice. I just wish we could have the old layout back.

Its good. Appearantly a lot of guys (me inclusive) complained about the volume control being so near to the enlarge-button, so if you got too close to it the option menu came and we had to wait it to disappear just to use volume... But now its good

The older layout, was old and just didn't seem to fit in with the newer stuff, plus everyone that was moaning, on YouTube about the layout is pointless, half of them asked for the layout to be changed or updated and evantually they did, and it is a lovely update. I love the new video layout also, long live YouTube.

I noticed it but to be honest I dont really like it to be honest. I think they had a good thing before and I am a firm believer that if something aint broke dont fix it.

It's like that with most of their updates they aren't able to roll it out onto every video right away, that may change who knows how they have to do it all 😛

I like the new one, And reason why it's not on all of them. Well let's just think about, There are millions of videos uploaded daily. And probably billions already up, Hard to make it go onto each one. Plus if they did a HUGE changeover well let's just say we probably would see some errors. Also I imagine they are beta testing them as well.
