First Impressions:
When I first arrived at your forum, I was immediately greeted by a message asking me to donate to your site. I have no problem with people asking for donations for their site but that shouldn't be the first thing that guests see when they arrive. Most people would find that annoying and will probably leave pretty quickly. I would move that somewhere else on the forum. You can either move it to the bottom of the forum or you can create a widget on the side.
I also noticed that there were too many empty sections on your forum. I would begin posting around the forum immediately. Any staff that you may have (or that you may hire in the future), have them help you with this. Also, if you have any friends that don't mind helping you, ask them if they will make some posts around the forum. This will help make the forum look more inviting to guests that view your forum for the first time. You can also request a package from the

Unfortunately, your forum doesn't seem very original to me. I've seen too many forums the combine the types of discussions that you have on your forum. You will have to do something unique in order to help your forum stand out from the crowd. Hold some fun events/contests/giveaways on your forum.....specifically the kind that go along well with the niche` on your forum. You not only want to get people to join, you want these people to keep coming back over and over again to your forum.
