First Impressions:
My first impression of your forum was kind of in the gray area. While things are pretty easy for me to find (that's a big plus in my book), the forum seems a little "empty". You need to have more than just you on the forum making all the post. I would encourage you to do a couple of things to help in that area. First, you can request a package from the
Package Team here on FP. While the package team shouldn't be the only people posting on your forum, they can provide a boost from time to time which should help stimulate activity from other people on your forum. Secondly, you can go to the exchange area here on FP and do some exchanges with other members to get some activity going in between package requests. Both should get you some members and boost your activity. That should help enticing guests who are looking at your forum for the first time.

Design Quality:
The forum looks very neat and tidy in appearance but at the same time it also looks a little on the bland side. You want the design to be a reflection of the niche` on your forum and I don't really feel like it's doing that. I would suggest using a "theme" that reflects the niche` more than the one you're using. Also, I would suggest adding widgets off to the side (you can pick either side you want to) that'll show your activity level. Something like "recent topics/posts" or something that shows the statistics of your forum. You want that to be front and center so that guests viewing your forum for the first time will see it as soon as they see your forum.

You can make your forum a really good forum as long as you are willing to put forth the work and the effort to make it that way. If you will take in the suggestions that I've mentioned, then that will give you a great start at it.
