Yeah that's pretty good. I reckon that the text could be a bit bigger and made a bit more interesting. It's an interesting concept. Well done.

Yea I can never figure out how to make the render blend in a little more with the background.

Its okay, it looks like the magic wand tool has been used. Around the head and the arms of the character looks messy, you can tidy it up with the blur tool on a low pressure. The backrground looks to be done on a default style, it is plain... not much is going on. The colours work well, but you could work on the gunfire, the sparks/stuff coming out the barrel looks unrealistic. Anyway, good attempt at it.

Yea, I didn't cut the render, a friend of mine did. But yea I did it really quick and it is messy.

I hadn't noticed but now you pointed it out it's quite obvious. -razz-
