first one looks best out of them to me 🙂

Here are some suggestions :-

1st Sig. - Text should have more effects.
2nd Sig. - Apart from your usual high quality object renders this one is looking cluttered to me. It also lacks depth and the text again needs workout.
3rd Sig. only prob. is that the border is showing in the render of Mega Man too. other than that pretty good 🙂
