I'd say it's all about the release of the next gen gaming consoles right now. The PS5 and the Xbox Series S/X. People are all over marketplaces like eBay and Mercari trying to flip these consoles for double the retail price.

To be honest, I feel like tech innovation has reached a plateau of sorts. Big technology to keep an eye out for would be tech that won’t be freely accessible to most for a while. Think StarLabs Internet, SpaceX, etc.
