First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I'll give you this - the tabbed skin is one of the most original forum skins I've ever seen. It allows your index to be short and non-intimidating. Your forum's appearance is still just OK for me. Nothing pops out at me to say "WOW" if you get what I'm saying. For example, that logo is too dark, a brighter green would work better for it. Everything on your forum is either black, dark green, or dark gray. The exception is the little post icons. Those stick out too much as they're brightly colored, and some of them have a pixelly outline. All in all, I think you should either swap them out, or make your skin brighter. Personally, I would go for the brighter skin, as it's much too dark for my tastes at the moment. However, not all was bad with your appearance. As I mentioned, the tab approach is really cool. Despite how dark your forum is, the colors do go well together.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You do have the tabs dividing your forum, but that system is a bit flawed. First of all, why is the "Main Forum" category composed of completely non-gaming forums? Your forum is called NewGamingEra, gaming should be the main focus, not stuck in another tab. What else could help? Reconsidering the need for some of your forums. Seriously, you're about a month old, you don't really need 20+ forum. I've found the most effective way to do it is to see what sort of topics get most popular and add forums based on that, not start off with a bunch. On the positive side, they're categorized fairly well and your site's general navigation links are placed well. Other than that, I don't really have much else to comment on about site layout.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You're a month old, it's too early to judge this category.

Those stats are still just kinda OK, but I see you're trying to gain activity by going to places like ForumPromotion. So, I can't really say much in this category.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
As a guest, I was upset to see that your forum disabled my access to see the member list. Without it, I can't see the full list of staff. Therefore, I'm just going to have to go by what I saw on your forum. It seems to just be you and a co-admin. If that is in fact that is correct, then that's a perfect number. A co-admin can always be useful, but your forum is too young to need any more than that or any mods.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The fact that your gaming forums seem to be less important than others as I pointed out earlier was your main professionalism issue. Other than that there were no professionalism problems. Now let's talk spelling and grammar. Your forum did a bit better than some other forums I've seen. This, by forum standards, isn't really a big deal, but the sentence "General talk about almost anything." lacks a verb. It could be something like, "General talk about almost anything goes here." Not really incorrect how you have it, just a suggestion. "Talk about the Nintendo Wii and the GameCube as well
🙂 Also talk about WFC, WiiWare and VC." should be more like, "Talk about the Nintendo Wii and the GameCube as well. Also, talk about WFC, WiiWare and VC." I understand most of these are very minor, I'm just giving you suggestions to make your forum as good as it can be in this category. Don't take it like I'm saying your grammar is awful. "That's right talk about hand-held gaming consoles such as the PSP, DS, GP2X, and the GameBoy series as well as other ones." should be "That's right, talk about hand-held gaming consoles such as the PSP, DS, GP2X, and the GameBoy series, as well as other ones." "If you want to discuss the clans and groups area then post in this section. You can also find information about making a clan/group." should be "If you want to discuss the clans and groups area, then post in this section. You can also find information about making a clan/group." "Are you looking to sell something? Then why not post a thread in here." should be "Are you looking to sell something? What was most liked about the website/forums: The tab system was pretty cool, if you could implement it a bit better.
