What do you mean by upgrade?

You should promote it A LOT.

I have been, I went to every teen forum and every promotion forum that i could find in the first three pages as well as the list of promotion forums.

I also put the image i have in my sig on every forum im on.

Maybe a games section, or make an arcade on your board.

That's good. Promoting will obviously take some time. But with a subject like that, may be hard to get a whole lot of people to come.

I think you are doing well as far as activity goes. The theme is just a little plain for my liking.
