First Impressions & Appearance
When I log into your forum I see a very generic skin which I think makes a forum look very boring and lifeless. There are tons of gaming forums out there on the internet these days and what an admin should do is try and make the first impressions of a guest memorable so that the guest will register and even stay on the forum and be a long lasting member. The banner of the forum suits the skin which is good, but it does not really stand out.
Your icons to display new topics are also quite generic, but they match the skin of the forum which is good. The color scheme is not great and it does not really match the theme of your forum, the blue color does not suit a gaming forum. I think you should go out and look around and even buy a skin, as that shows that you care about your forum and also this could even boost your members and they might even be more willing to stay and post.

Site Layout
You have fifteen boards, I think that the boards are well presented and are in a neat order, and I think all the boards match the categories which is good. However there are a few sub forum I would change such as the interview sub-forum, you could merge the subforum psp into the playstation as that is quite small and then once your forum start to grow more you could put it back. You could do the same to the Nintendo subforums, you would do this because no one really like to see empty forums. I have a problem with your forum “ Forum promotion” you are not a promotion forum you are a gaming forum, if your members want to advertise their forum let them do it in there signatures. I find that really annoying to see forums just casually adding a promotion forum.

Statistics and Activity
Discussions:706 Messages:2,576 Members:58, these are very good statistics for being open a month, and it shows that you are advertising very well and you are catching people’s attention . However you need to try and make your members post a bit more, as you r staff team has posted more than a half of the messages on the forum. I quite like the way all your topics are in the gaming forum and not just in the general discussions forums. I found that most of your boards have not had any recent posts they are all from yesterday or Saturday, you should try and have new posts every day. When I was on I was the only member on the forum, maybe it is because there all from different time zones or a lot of members are not active. You can tell the active members from the non active members, by if they have filled out their signatures or have an avatar, and I have noticed a few members are not that active.

Staff Modration
You have four staff members, three of them have admin powers and there is one moderator, I saw recently that one of them has just been promoted he has only 64 posts maybe he is a technical admin but I still think that four staff members are far too many for 58 members, I would have one admin and one moderator for the forum. Your moderator has not logged on since Friday which is not great. Your rules are good for a gaming forum and are professional in that way, you staff are also quite professional in there dealing with members. Your forum is very young so it would be better to have few staff as possible.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your staff team are very professional, especially the two admins I have enjoyed there insight to the gaming world and the reviews of games. The third admin is not great at being professional in his posts and I think that he should post a bit more. However he is quite personal in his greeting to his new members which is good.
In your rules you spell “curtious” wrong it should be “courteous”
