NFL Lock Out

They both have OK arguments. The players are who make the money for the league, the league should be paying them back to the limits of their abilities.

But then again some of the things the Players association are demanding imo are pretty much out of bounds. They want to deprive fans of things, and the extras they're demanding will eventually just be pushed off onto us. It shows a real lack of care for the people that really pay their paychecks.

Neither side has a better argument. But the whole reason this lockout came about was because the NFL Commissioner was trying to add on more games to the regular season. Anybody that watches football knows most injuries that happen to players occur towards the last few games of the season. Imagine what would happen if they added even more? This isn't even including playoff games and the possible superbowl game. If he really wanted to add on more games, he should pay the players more money only because of the fact that they're more susceptible to injury, and some injuries can ruin a players career. I do feel that players get paid to much as it is, but still they get paid what they get paid for how much they play. You can't just switch it up on them and not expect them to ask for a little more in return.
