First you know HTML and CSS and want to learn PHP, now you know PHP and want to learn CSS? If you happened to know anything about HTML and or CSS, you'd know that PHP is not even closely related to theming.

I suggest either making your own or ordering a custom made one. That would be a better choice over using a premade one.
