That is obviously a spam. I have received several spam emails on technical matters with so many misspelled words and grammar mistakes as well. My guess is that those messages came from an African country that is not well-versed with English. Until now, I'm also receiving scam emails of huge inheritance and money in the bank that is waiting for a claimant from abroad.

But with better spelling, the scam is more believable and there is spell check and dictionaries. What lazy criminals!
