Well today was my brothers birthday (he turned 30) so my grandparents took me and him out to this new restaurant for lunch. It had an awesome atmosphere and the food was fantastic. We also had a nice visit, we were there for about 3 hours slowly eating our food, talking, joking around, and whatnot. I ordered the Jambalaya (a spicy dish that combines rice pilaf with a variety of spices, tomatoes, onion, peppers, chicken, sausage, and shrimp), it was REALLY GOOD. After that my grandparents talked me into getting a desert. I was really full but they were really insisting on it so I ordered the fudge brownie with ice cream on top. That too was also really good but I could only eat half of it (otherwise I would have exploded, lol). After lunch we all went back to my house because my grandparents have never actually been inside and they wanted to check it out (they must have had some energy today or something). So they wandered around looking at everything, complimented how comfortable and well kept my house is, then decided to sit down in the living room and we did some more visiting. I then did a little slide show on my computer of all the pictures I have been taking with my camera over the past couple months and they really enjoyed that. After that they were on their way. It was really great day.
