I am originally from the Netherlands, but I currently live in Argentina (I love the tropical weather!). 🇳🇱✈️🇦🇷🌴
During the week, I work on several projects for NGOs and companies in the United States as a UIX Designer, web developer, and IT Solutions consultant. I have created several intranets/forum communities with XenForo; I like the flexibility of XenForo and its endless possibilities! 💪🏼
Before I started freelancing, I worked at Apple in Ireland as an IS&T Designer, which was a fantastic time. However, due to the daily greyish weather and rainy climate, I never had that "home" feeling (and a little depressing time because I am the kind of person that needs sun!), which brought me a difficult choice; Keep working at Apple (which I truly loved), or stay in a country I don't really enjoy... so I chose to leave Ireland and move to Argentina as a freelancer! ✈️🇦🇷☀️
I love traveling around, working while traveling in different places, taking photos, and enjoying walking around in cities! And as you might expect... I love coffee, even during the 39 degrees celsius weather right now. 👀🔥
Christmas in Argentina feels off; imagine walking around, seeing these Christmas trees and decorations, while you walk around in shorts and flip flops... not really that Christmas feeling, haha! 😅
I found the Forum Promotion website through XenForo, and I scrolled around a bit and liked the community, so I created an account! I also would like to volunteer for other forums, whether for moderation or anything else! I enjoy helping others, so I would like to volunteer! 🧑🏽💻
