Hotels mostly have the nightstand by the bed that has a charging system for phones as well as an outlet...does anyone here own one at home? I am thinking of getting two of them for the guest bedroom.

Where did you buy yours?
I don't have one of these nightstands but I have seen them in the past in hotel rooms and they are quite handy to have. If I was looking to get a new nightstand I would more than likely look towards upgrading to these so that I had outlets to charge devices available.

I purchased a designer outlet. Basically it is a small square box, that sits on top of a flat surface like a desk or table, with a 6 foot cord to go to the outlet. On it, is 2 outlets for stuff to be plugged into, and 4 USB connections.
I purchased a few of them, but just never got around to changing them yet but very handy to have.
Well, after much consideration, I decided to break apart the module that was in my daughters room and the pieces were the perfect height for night stands. So I put one on each side of the bed and an third in the corner and then I ordered two lamps that have a plug in and usb charging capabilities. Let's hope they work!
