First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I must say after first clicking on your site, the whole theme and banner really pull me in.. however, after being drawn in by the banner, I notice how the banner text is extremely blurry, and this very much ruins the greatness of the banner as a whole.
The theme really fits in my view.. it really looks amazing and unique compared to the themes you usually see on ZetaBoards.
I also like the little mushroom guy you see in Nintendo, I forget his name but it really matches the theme and banner well.
The layout seems very good too but I will delve more into that.
Overall, the appearance and first impressions are great.. I really suggest you fix the blur in the banner, though.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The board layout seems to be alright, but I think we need to fix a few things.
First of all, you should always have introductions at the top of the forum. The " News and Discussion " area should have your " Community Bulletin Board " then your " Feedback, Suggestions, and Help " board, then your " Meet Mii!- Introductions " board.
So, it would look like this:
Category: News and Discussion
--Board: Community Bulletin Board
--Board: Feedback, Suggestions, and Help
--Board: Meet Mii!- Introductions
As we scroll down to the Nintendo Discussion area, I notice that you have a LOT of subforums, but I am guessing that these are necessary on your forum, so I am going to not suggest anything for the entire Nintendo Discussion Category.. it seems in order.
The Community Plaza area needs to be revamped a bit.
There's too many boards.
General Non Nintendo Chat is fine, but this " Community Corner " Area is a bit confusing. I would rename it " Graphics Corner " rather than use the word Community because it doesn't fit calling it Community Corner, it sounds like another General Chat area.
Forum Fun and Games tends to fit, but I think that it needs to be a subforum of the General Chat board, simply because an entire board for forum games is simply not useful.
Media area looks fine.
Overall, your layout isn't bad, but I would consider you re-organize a lot of the boards on your site simply because having that many subforums and such just really isn't needed.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Looking good.
Total Forum Posts: 1,762
Total Members: 38
Seems to be in great shape, board has been open for less thana month, already has close to 50 members and 2 k posts.. that's excellent. All I suggest you do is more exchanges and such in order to stimulate activity.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
We have some problems here.
You have less than 40 members, and you already have 5 staff members. That's ludicrous. You need to cut back on staff.
Just because someone is active doesn't mean they deserve a staff title.
PLUS- 4 of these are ADMINISTRATORS! That's way too many admins. You
never want to give that many people Admin access on any forum. If you look at all the big forums out there, not more than 3 people or so have admin access. Your forum is brand new and has 5 admins. That's a big problem. If I were in your place I would demote some of these admins to Global Moderator, I could name the ones to demote just based on Activity.
The plus side is that they appear to be pretty active, other than two of these admins who have little posts per day.

All seems to be in order for this category... I applaud the long, drawn out descriptions for each board. Great job there.

Final Remarks:
Your site has a lot of potential. The biggest issue is the ridiculous amount of administrators and staff as a whole. I would cut this down if I were you.
I also really suggest you work more on the layout, there are way too many boards there.
I also recommend you go ahead and buy a domain at some point in the near future, as these are needed to really succeed.
