Pros:

• The theme is a great choice. The colors are easy on the eyes and it suits well for your niche.
• Well laid out forums. You have the right amount of forums and categories for the size of your board.
• You have the correct amount of forum staff for the board. One administrator and moderator is sufficient enough for the size and activity of your forum.
• From what I read, you have correct spelling and grammar in most of your posts. Just watch out for the capitals on words which shouldn't have them. One of which was "the runner Up would get the", the 'Up' doesn't need a capital. Overall though, nearly all of your posts are correct.

Cons:

• I didn't like your logo. Although it's easy to read you should really think about getting a better one designed. For me it looks like effort hasn't been applied to it.
• The background of the board is too plain. Try adding a gradient effect or some images to the background.
• The shoutbox is at the top of the forum. Usually I would say a forum shouldn't have a shoutbox as it defeats the purpose of having a message board but since you do, I'd suggest moving it to the bottom of the board.

Final/General Thoughts:
You should find ways to make your forum more unique. I see a lot of gaming boards opening up, but if can provide a more unique forum you may succeed in gaining more members.

The theme and the activity and moderation of the staff.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Try getting a new banner/logo designed and changing the position of the shoutbox.
