First Impressions - (Out of 20)
Woah, that banner is NICE. Goes well with your forum's skin and name. Very cool. Scrolling down your index, this seems to be a good skin but some things were mis-alligned. The other problem I noticed is that some of your images lack transparency on the edges. This isn't a huge deal since your skin is really light, but it can get annoying and look unproffesional. That should be an easy fix though. Other than those two small things, I have no complaints.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your skin is layed out nicely, but some of the images need improvement. Like I mentioned above, your images have white borders around them that are still a bit noticeable. Your "Advertise NR!" subforum is a link and it uses the default skin's image with this blue border and doesn't look good. Your New Post/Poll buttons also lack transparency. Now, enough about the skin. Your forum layout was also kind of strange to me. You're a Nintendo forum, but you have more off-topic and unrelated forums then Nintendo ones. Peraps you could add a few more. You have a dedicated Brawl forum, so maybe you could add a few more game-specific forums.

You're not overstaffed or understaffed (though I wouldn't complain if another mod was hired), so I think your staff team is fine.
