Really nice template you have although it seems abit image based which isn't good on ff.

It's just the portal which is 'image-based' and the images are linked offsite for faster load-times. The actual forum itself has few images (aside from the Banner and avatar/sigs). Thanks for the input!.

Then.. disable e-mail confirmation until you get a small following.
E-mail confirmation will turn anybody away from a new forum that isn't offering much for content. Again...It looks very nice.
