First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I really like the banner, as the first thing someone sees, it really does draw the guests eye to it.
I also like the google ad, not sure if you picked that certain ad setup, but having it like that, not a huge banner ad that flashes, or a huge ad with a bunch of different things, it's small, and suttle. Great idea.
I really like the skin you have on this board.. not sure if it's custom or not, but if so, excellent work.
I also commend you on that " welcome " Banner, with Luigi and Mario. It really draws a guest to take a look and read about your site from it.
Overall, you've got a great theme, and a great appearance going on here. Good work, Sky.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
First problem I see is that you have your Introductions board above the Forum support/ Suggestions area. This should never be, suggestions/forum Support should be right under Announcements, then Introductions should be below that.
I also suggest you get rid of that board for affiliation requests. An entire board just for affiliation requests really just creates more clutter and wasteful space. You can just create a topic.
The Nintendo discussion board is set up perfectly, and in good order, as is your General Discussion area.
In conclusion, the entire layout is really in perfect shape other than that minuscule issue in the top category.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board was founded exactly one month ago, and I see about 1,750~ posts and 165~ member. This is excellent, Sky. Having over 1,500 posts per month is something some forum admins with established boards dream of! You're doing great man! Keep it up!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
It seems like it's only you and the Administrator on staff, and that's exactly how it should be for now, that's all you need.
To me, it appears you're both very active, and are always welcoming new members and responding and starting interesting topics, keep up the good work.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The board is all very professional, and I only noticed one spelling error:

should be:
Do you have a written piece, artwork, graphics, or something else to show off? If so, share it here!
The problem is the english is somewhat fractured there, ie; " do you have an original writing " just sounds very off.

Nothing stands out for disliked things, the entire board is just great all around other than those tiny nitpicky things.
