You can try to get users to vote for you so that you can elevate yourself to the top of the list.
Your layout is long and lacks balance. Your layout should emphasize the main focus of your site. In other words, your general category should not have more forums than your Nintendo forum. You need to cut your "Off Topic Zone" category quite a bit. I would recommend making "Forum Games" a sub-forum under "Completely Off-Topic." After that, combine "Creative" with "Digital Art." I would actually recommend eliminating "Role-Playing" completely. If people want to roleplay, they can find a forum dedicated to it. Also, you don't have a large enough base of members to make roleplaying viable. You should make "YouTube" a sub-forum under "Completely Off-Topic." You could even consider removing your "Site Promotion" forum. I don't think it's necessary for a gaming forum to have a place for promotion of other sites. After you make those changes, you should add some forums to your gaming categories. I don't think you have enough forums in those categories considering they're the main point of your site.
Many of your descriptions contain grammatical errors. These can be off-putting to users.
Final/General Thoughts: Don't let the fact that your forum hasn't gotten a lot of attention yet discourage you. A lot of forums take a while to get noticed.
