Okay, all browsers, except IE, are not connecting to the internet. I've run every virus scan, malware scan, and spyware scan on my computer, and I have run CCleaner. Any suggestions?

Error I get:
You tried to access the address http://forumpromotion.net/, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the Web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.
Make sure your Internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working.

It could be your firewall blocking those programs from connecting to the internet.

Thats very strange, never had that happen to me before. I would have thought it would be to do with the firewalls but if you say its not that, then I cannot help you sorry. Have you done a search on google?

Just a random note, spyware and viruses both are malware 😉.

Anyways what firewall are you using? Also are you using more then one?

Since IE working I know its not a connection issue.

That makes me ask,do you have proxy settings on,on the other web browsers?

Could you also try opening the other web browser in safe mode and see if that works.(assuming it is firefox)

Well, I'm using McAfee. The most up to date version.

@ Lewisoboy007: What does that have to do with anything?

Check the block settings on McAfee aswell.

Then try my other suggestions.

If your using firefox or chrome. check the tools see if theres is anything stopping you. proxy settings, networds settings, etc.
check if the browser is in offline mode?

If that doesn't work clear everything, cookies, form data, history, everything, except passwords if you want to keep them.

Run your scanner in Safe Mode or run a Boot Scan. There could be deep nasties in your system. I've had them bugger up my Firefox as well.
