A tweet is the twitter term for a message.

I should imagine that is what they mean 😛

Yea, depends on how many you have following you theres a limit on how many you can follow back until more people follow you. At least thats how I think it works.

It's not really the same to have to read a whole blog essay and think of a meaningful comment as it is to make forum posts.
